Absorbent core:

These tampons have an absorbent core that offers up to eight hours of Tampax protection.

Protective Skirt:

The anti-leak Protective Skirt gives you an additional layer of back-up protection.

Anti-Slip Grip:

The tampon’s applicator has an anti-slip grip that helps you hold the applicator and position the tampon in the right place for easy insertion.

Each pack contains 20 individually wrapped tampon with cardboard applicator.

How To Insert A Tampon:

1.Wash your hands well.

2.Unwrap your tampon with applicator.

3.Find a comfortable position.

4.Gently slide the applicator all the way into your vagina, until your fingers touch your body.

5.Upon removing the applicator, firmly hold on to the outer tube and pull it out gently, leaving the tampon inside your body and the string hanging outside.

6.When it’s time to remove your tampon, simply pull on the string and your tampon should slide right out (you should never leave your tampon in for more than 8 hours).
